Kitchen Description:
We are a 2500 sq ft kitchen used primarily to make our core product, the Jamaican Patty. We are equipped with a 60 and 80 quart Hobart Mixer, Single rack over, double stacking oven, stovetop and stock pot burners. We have a large walk in cooler and freezer and there is plently of table top space both stainless steel and dough tables. Time is booked according to availability however since we can run 24/7 there is much flexibility.

We are a facility that co-ops, co-packs/contract manufactures and consults to small business who wish to bring their foods to market.
