In addition to producing food, commercial kitchens can be used to shoot TV shows, teach cooking classes, host food tastings, and other events.

Kitchen Description:
Our kitchen is centrally located, just past Foothills on Pearl St. with super-convenient access to the Boulder and Denver markets.

We value cleanliness and privacy. When a food company rents our kitchen, they will have exclusive access in the kitchen to protect proprietary processes, recipes or ingredients.

Minimum monthly rates start at $150 a month. Rates range from $6 - $15/hr based on time blocks. Choose from blocks of 5-hour, 7-hour, or 12-hour shifts. Several different programs to choose from but all of them include long-term dry storage and some can include refrigerator/freezer space (long and short term).

We charge based on your kitchen time, so you are able to package and set-up delivery in other areas of the facility for free (under certain time limitations). Call for details.

No application fee but there is one month’s security deposit required.

Upon signing a contract with us, we will provide 1 hour of FREE business formation and licensing consultation, assisting with the process of getting your company started and obtaining the required licenses to operate your food business. (Please allow up to 2-4 weeks to complete this process prior to establishing legal status for your company)

We are also available for marketing and graphic design assistance at very competitive rates.

Equipment includes large Hobart mixer (60 qt), stackable convection oven, French Top gas range, Baxter rotating double rack oven, microwave, walk-in refrigerator, walk-in freezer, and other small wares. Let us know if you’d like to use one of your machines at our facility.

Adjacent the kitchen we have prep and package areas and ample storage space. You’ll also get access to the receiving dock for receiving large shipments.

Our kitchen is not certified gluten-free, although we have several companies making gluten free items there and we take precautions against contamination.
