Welcome to CulinaryIncubator.com! This website is dedicated to small food businesses who are trying to find a commercial kitchen to cook their product. Culinary Incubators drive new start-up businesses, for whom, without a health department licensed commercial kitchen, could not legally produce their food. In addition to producing food, commercial kitchens can be used to shoot TV shows, teach cooking classes, host food tastings, and other events.

We have 726 kitchens in our database. Own a kitchen? Add yours!

Kitchen Description:
CFIC is a shared-use food processing facility. Our tenants are primarily acidified foods producers. They make sauces, marinades, and pickles packaged in glass jars. Typically only one processor is there in any given day of processing. We have fruit /vegetable washing equipment to receive produce trucks from the field. We have a peach-pitter, bladder press juicer, commercial food processor, slicer, steam jacketed kettles (3-40 gallon), mixers, a steamer, coolers, a descrambler table and 2-10' conveyors equipped to handle each a single piston Hinds-Bock filler.

We require food processors to provide proof of compliance with all regulatory agencies for your product. We have staff that can provide helpful information in navigating getting through the regulatory paperwork. There is no production staff available. Processors bring labor, ingredients and packaging and leave with shelf-ready product. CFIC requires proof of product liability insurance and workman's compensation insurance for everyone working in the facility.
