Equipment includes Hobart 80qt mixer, Full size double stack electric convection oven, tables, racks, sheet pans, and more. You must provide your own insurance and food service certification. Logan Square Kitchen has three separate galleys available for use by the hour: two for pastry and baking, and one savory line.
